Avoid the big crowds at Phi Phi Island and explore the tranquil tropical paradise of both Racha Yai and Coral Islands. Racha Yai is a merely a 30-40 min speedboat ride from Chalong Pier, Phuket. Relax on the beach, snorkel, explore the islands with lunch and soft drinks included in the price.
Racha Yai Island
Located around 20km south of Phuket, Racha Yai is a great spot for snorkeling. The island also has some incredible diving and snorkeling sites due to its clear waters and abundant marine life. The island is also home to several hiking trails, and amazing views of the Andaman Sea.
Coral Island
Coral Island is a popular Island located roughly 20-30 min by boat from Phuket. This beautiful island has stunning beaches like Long Beach and Banana Beach. There’s also plenty of activities and things to do such as snorkeling, kayaking, bird watching, hiking (to viewpoint) and more. A handful of restaurants and cafe’s can also be found, where you can stop by for a quick snack or additional refreshments.

Is fishing available on this trip?
No. On our speedboat trips we do not offer fishing. Please have a look at our private fishing charters for half day and full day fishing trips.
Can I bring my own food or alcoholic beverages?
Can you purchase alcohol and serve it to us?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to purchase any alcohol.
What happens if the weather is too bad?
The weather is constantly monitored by us and we frequently check Thai Meteorological Department’s website for weather updates and warnings. If the weather/sea conditions are too bad, or TMD has issued a warning, we will inform you before your trip and ask to move to another date, which also suits you. New trip date also depends on boat availability. You can also choose to cancel the trip and get refund 100% of purchased price. Please see Terms & Conditions for more details.
How do I pay?
As of 01 April 2024, due to various ‘no shows’, we only accept advanced payment that are made through Sommai Fishing Tour’s website, using payment link which will be sent to your email from contact@sommaifishingtour.com or official Facebook/WhatsApp (sometimes under Hello Andaman Tours).

Cash collection payments (for specific areas)
If you stay in Phuket – Rawai, Chalong, Kata, Karon, Patong areas, we might be able to arrange for someone to pickup payment (cash in THB only accepted). Please contact us in such case.
What is the latest time I can book a trip?
Can I cancel or change the date of the trip?
You can cancel the trip 24 hours before trip and get a refund, however, depending on when your payment was made, a small cancellation fee might be applied. T&C applies, please see Terms & Conditions. You can also change trip date (depending on availability) at least 24 hours before your trip free of charge. Later cancellations are subject to a charge. Please see Terms & Conditions.
What if I prefer vegetarian, pescatarian or halal food?
We are able to arrange some food preferences. Please mentioned it in your booking under ‘Requests’.
Can I drive to the meeting point for the tour using my own transportation?
Can the itinerary be changed?
Small adjustments to the itinerary is possible such as longer Island visits, less time spent on swimming/snorkeling, late pickup time etc. Please make sure to mention it under ‘requests’ in your booking.
